Pay up front after the rough sketch.
Paypal and Ko-fi only (Mexico being the only exception), the payment will be requested through an invoice if not bought directly from ko-fi.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change).
USD only (Mexico being the only exception).
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
By ordering any NSFW/18+ art you are agreeing that you are 18 or older.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
No refunds on $5 sketches, no changes or revisions.
General Terms
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.To avoid confusion, please be as clear as possible when detailing your commissions, if possible, with visual representations. In case that you do not have them, that's fine! I simply ask that you remain in contact so I can provide you the best service.Communication is important, I try to finish my commissions as fast as possible, but life can get in the way. I only use Paypal and Ko-fi, payment in USD. In case that your country isn't eligible to use either of those services, DM me! I'm open to try and find an alternative.If you reside in Mexico you can let me know and we can negotiate a small discount if you pay the service through a transfer.Process and refunds
Depending on my backlog, I'll begin working on your piece after payment. I only accept payment after the rough sketch has been approved, during that frame of time you have enough time to decide whether you want to go through with the commission or not.There'll be no refunds once the payment has gone through and I've moved past the sketch phase unless I can't finish your piece for any unforeseen reasons. Changes after the piece has been finished will cost extra unless they're minor changes.Once the piece is finished I'll send it through email to preserve the quality.
